How do I customise my Performance Wear?
You can easily add your player details, such as your number and position, during checkout. Simply enter the information in the "special instructions" box within "Order Note" , and we’ll personalise your garments at no extra cost.
Is there a minimum order for garment bundles?
To create a team bundle, a minimum of two items is required. The more items you include, the greater the discount, making it perfect for teams looking to save while representing their sport in style.
Can I return or exchange customised items?
As customised garments are made specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please double-check your details and sizing before placing your order.
How long does shipping take?
Please speak to your president or Scion Nutrition point of contact as this depends on the team.
Expected delivery will be 4-6 weeks from the cut-off deadline.
What should I do if I accidentally ordered the wrong size?
Please get in contact as soon as you're aware.
If this is before the deadline and you've got in contact through support@scionnutrition.com then we might be able to make last minute changes, however no guarantees .
If it's past the cut-off deadline, we cannot guarantee changes will be possible.
